Zhejiang Tiandi Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. (ZTEPE), founded in October 2002, is multi-invested by many key electric power enterprises within Zhejiang Province. ZTEPE is a hi-tech professional company mainly engaging in EPC contract, engineering and consultation of electric power environmental protection projects. She has been granted Class A Qualification for Environmental Protection Engineering. In addition, she is the third standing director of CEPI and vice committee chairman of dust remove and desulfurization for boiler and kiln of CEPI.
   ZTEPE has more than 200 employees, in which 70% are with senior or junior professional title and 20% with master or higher degree. They are experienced in research and development, engineering, construction, commissioning and management in electric power and chemical industries. ZTEPE stickes to her policy of quality, occupational health & safety and environment and has been issued ISO9001, ISO14001 and GB/T28001 Certificates. In addition, she has been honored as Class AAA Credit Enterprise in three consecutive years.
   ZTEPE introduces and improves wet desulfurizaton technology of the B&W Company in the USA to develop her unique technology and comes out top in domestic FGD field. Her Study and Application of Engineering of Improved Limestone-gypsum Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization Technology is awarded the Third Prize of Zhejiang Science & Technology, the First Prize of 2005 Zhejiang Electric Power Science & Technology and the Second Prize of Chinese Environmental Protection Science & Technology. By the end of July in 2007, there are 15 projects completed or under construction with total 15045MW capability, in which 8 projects have been successfully put into operation, including 5×135MW units, 12×300MW units，13×600MW units，2×125MW units，2×330MW units and 2×430MW units.
   ZTEPE exploits actively de-NOX business. She introduces the SCR technology and bag dust removal technology of the B&W Company in the USA. Upon the support of SCR technology, she has a de-NOX project under construction in the capability of 1000MW.
   Meanwhile, ZTEPE implements many subsidiary projects, such as EPC contracts of several limestone milling plants. She works with Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute Co. Ltd. for researches on desulfurization waste water treatment and compiles an industrial standard on this field. She also participates in the preparation of Typical Outlines for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Limestone-Gypsum Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization Project for Thermal Power Plants Before its Trial Operation (draft for approval). Besides, she intensively engages in the research and application of ammonium desulfurization technology, circulating semi-dry desulfurization technology, SNCR desulfurization technology, refuse-incineration power generation technology, etc.
