Co., Ltd. is a high-new tech company, held by Zhejiang
Xingyuan Investment Co., Ltd, subordinate to Zhejiang
Provincal Energy Group Co., Ltd and mutual-invested
by many Zhejiang key enterprises in electric power.
Locating beside beautiful West Lake in Hangzhou, the
Company engages in general contract, design and consultation
of environmental protection in electric power. She possesses
Class A certificate of environmental protection project
design, and is one of the few domestic companies meeting
with General Project Contract Qualification for flue
gas treatment.
The Company has more than 100 employees, in which
80% have senior or junior professional titles and doctor
or master degrees. Attaching great importance to quality,
the Company has been awarded ISO9001 Certificate of

and improving advanced wet desulfurizaton technology
of the USA B&W Company, the Company has developed her
